Two licences, one house
MAC Enterprises and AL-Shahbaz Enterprises. Every goods declaration we file goes under one of them, never an outside agent.
The people on your file
Small enough that you deal with a director, not a counter clerk. These are the people whose names go on the work.

Choudhry Waize Ammad
Director
A licensed customs clearing agent working day to day on import and export clearance, valuation and classification, freight forwarding and trade documentation — from routine consignments to hazardous, controlled and liquid bulk cargo where the licensing chain decides the timeline. He also imports on his own account in timber and panel products, so the advice you get on an assessment comes from having paid one.

Choudhry Wamiq Ammad
Director
Works alongside on clearance operations and client files in Karachi, from the terminal and examination side through to delivery. Between the two directors there is always one of us reachable while a container is on the clock.

Ali
Turkey operations and DDP
Based in Turkey, handling collection at the supplier, booking and origin documentation on the delivered-duty-paid lane. Having our own man at origin is what lets us quote Turkey as a single price rather than a freight estimate plus whatever clearance turns out to cost.

Who we are
MAC Enterprises is a customs clearing, forwarding and shipping agency in Karachi, working out of New Challi, a few minutes' walk from Custom House. We hold a customs house agent licence in our own name and file alongside AL-Shahbaz Enterprises — a licence originally held by our grandfather and carried forward by the family since.
Two licences in one house is not a formality. It means capacity when the port is busy, continuity if one file is tied up, and no reason for us to ever hand your goods declaration to someone else.
We also import on our own account — timber, panel products and building materials. That is why the advice here on valuation, classification and banking documentation is practical rather than theoretical: we have paid these duties ourselves and argued these assessments ourselves.
Most importers do not lose money on the agent's fee. They lose it on an assessment nobody contested, a heading nobody questioned, and free days nobody counted. That is the part of the job we take seriously.
Choudhry Waize Ammad, DirectorWhat we are known for
Regulated cargo. Hazardous and IMDG consignments, controlled and scheduled substances under ANF quota, industrial explosives, bulk liquid discharge and over-dimensional project cargo.
Alongside that, the routine work is done properly: classification opinions in writing, provisional assessments cleared rather than left to sit, refund and drawback claims actually followed up, and demurrage exposure reported before it becomes a bill.
Talk to us before the vessel berths
The earlier we see the documents, the more of the duty position is still negotiable.
